Practice Profile

An active litigator and conveyancer for more than 50 years. He has appeared before all levels of courts in Malaysia since the early seventies at trial and appellate stage. He has wide experience of conducting personal injury claims involving road accident, industrial accident and medical negligence claims. He has also conducted claims on behalf of house purchasers, probate and wills dispute, insurance claims, contract and commercial claims. Many of the cases handled by him have also been reported in the law journals.
