The Compendium of Personal Injury Awards is now upgraded, updated and launched – 13 July 2026. A joint effort by the Bar and Courts.
The previous edition of the Compendium was more than 10 years ago. The Compendium now reflects amongst others additional items of injuries, higher awards and an advised inflationary rate to be taken into account.
